is S.H.A.P.E. -Music Education? |

The S.H.A.P.E.-MUSIC
program has been in existence since 1991 and currently serves over
25,000 students. Its comprehensive curriculum meets the standards
of the National Association for Music Education [MENC]
and was developed using several district and diocese courses of study
as well as textbook series scope and sequence charts. The program
is being constantly reviewed, modified and updated. All areas of general
music education are covered, including: Singing, Playing, Rhythm,
Melody, Harmony, Form, Reading, Creating, Listening, Cultural, Movement
and Performance. |

graduates, retired teachers, graduate students, and others who
